Privacy Policy

Zvelt is a strength and fitness application. This policy explains what data we process, why we process it and the choices available to you. The data controller is Razvan Similea. Contact us at support@zvelt.uk.
1. Data we process

2. How we use data
- Provide, synchronise and secure Zvelt.
- Calculate workout progress, strength scores and explainable ranks.
- Display content according to your privacy choices.
- Process subscriptions and restore purchases.
- Prevent fraud, abuse and unsafe activity.
- Diagnose crashes and improve reliability when diagnostics are enabled.
We do not sell personal data or use private fitness data for third-party advertising.
3. Legal bases
Depending on the processing, we rely on performance of our contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests in security and reliability, and legal obligations. Optional permissions can be withdrawn in Android settings or inside Zvelt where a control is provided.
4. Service providers
We use service providers only where needed to operate the app. These may include hosting and database providers, Google Firebase for notifications and diagnostics, Google Play for Android distribution and billing, RevenueCat for subscription entitlement, and data providers used for specific features. Each provider processes data under its own terms and our applicable agreements.
5. Sharing and visibility
Social posts are friends-only by default. Discovery is opt-in. We share data with other users only according to the visibility choices you make. We may disclose information when required by law or needed to protect users, the service or legal rights.
6. Retention
- Account, profile and workout data: until account deletion, unless a lawful reason requires limited retention.
- Raw analytics: up to 13 months.
- Security logs: up to 90 days.
- Deletion requests: completed through hard deletion or anonymisation within 30 days.
7. Your rights and deletion
You may request access, correction, export, restriction or deletion, and may object to or withdraw consent for relevant processing. Delete your account inside Zvelt from Profile > Account > Delete account, or use our web account-deletion pathway if you cannot access the app.
8. Security and international transfers
We use encrypted network transport and access controls appropriate to the service. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Where providers process data outside your country, we use the safeguards required by applicable law.
9. Children
Zvelt is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. Contact us if you believe a child under 16 created an account.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as Zvelt evolves. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice where required.
