Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Zvelt. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Zvelt.

1. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter these Terms. Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. Licence

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Zvelt for lawful personal fitness purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable store rules.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Zvelt, harass others, falsify competitive data, interfere with security, reverse engineer the service where prohibited, upload unlawful content or infringe another person's rights.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display it according to your privacy choices. You are responsible for having the rights needed to upload that content.

5. Zvelt Pro and subscriptions

Zvelt may offer optional auto-renewing subscriptions. The store purchase screen shows the final price, billing period, introductory offer and renewal terms before you confirm. Google Play processes Android payments and its refund rules apply. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in your Google Play account settings.

Deleting your Zvelt account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Cancel it separately in Google Play.

6. Health and safety

Fitness calculations and suggestions are informational and may be inaccurate or unsuitable for you. Stop activity if you feel pain or unwell. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

7. Intellectual property

Zvelt, its software, design, branding and original content are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

8. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may update these Terms and will provide notice of material changes where required.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access for material violations, fraud, abuse, legal requirements or risk to other users. You may stop using Zvelt and delete your account at any time.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zvelt is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
